Single Digital ID — pre-enrollment for dependents

Parents and guardians can pre-enroll children and legal dependents for Single Digital ID from one household account.

Add every dependent under your household in a single flow. Both parents' national IDs must be reachable in the civil registry.

Instant confirmation; biometrics booked separately. Online — one submission covers up to six dependents.

Check this list first — most rejected requests lose both the fee and the applicant's time.

Eligibility

  • Parent or court-appointed guardian with an active IZI account.
  • Dependent is under 16 years old.
  • Both parents' national ID numbers exist in the civil registry.

Documents to prepare

  • Birth certificate of each dependent.
  • National IDs of both parents (or guardianship court order).
  • Recent passport-style photo of each dependent.

Why requests get rejected

  • Handwritten or non-registered national ID numbers.
  • Birth certificate names spelled differently from the parents' IDs.
  • Blurred or cropped scans — every corner of the document must be visible.

How to request this service

  1. Who can pre-enroll a dependent

    Any parent or court-appointed guardian with an active IZI account can pre-enroll dependents under 16.

    Both parents' national ID numbers are required. The service does not accept manually written IDs.

    Sign in to the portal with the account registered in your own names.

  2. Complete the form

    Open the Identification section and choose Single Digital ID — Dependent.

    Enter each dependent's full names, date of birth, and a recent photo. You can add up to six dependents in one submission.
