Eligibility
- An active MTN MoMo or Airtel Money wallet in your own names.
- Sufficient balance to cover the service fee plus operator charges.
Documents to prepare
- The application or bill reference number.
- The phone handset holding the SIM registered to the wallet.
Why requests get rejected
- Approving the prompt after the 2-minute window expires.
- Paying from a wallet whose names differ from the applicant's.
- Insufficient balance — the payment is reversed and the application stays unpaid.

On the payment step, choose Mobile Money and pick your provider. Enter the phone number registered with the wallet.
Approve the payment prompt on your phone within 2 minutes. IZI will confirm the payment automatically.

A payment receipt with reference IZI-PAY-RCPT is emailed instantly and stored in your account under Payments > History.
Sign in to the portal with the account registered in your own names.
